First of all - what the ?#! is a TL03?

Look at his feedback - only one item purchased from a seller that gave up his account after 700+ deals.
Doesn't look all too convincing again...

Shipping is a bargain though.

Looking at the construction of the car, I doubt it can be considered vintage either.

Wonder if somebody offered $700 just for funsies...

Never heard of TL03 chassi either....

There hasn't been any offers. 700 USD is the starting price if you like to bid
But bear in mind, there is a reserve that is higher than 700!
