The original 58001 MSC is really rare...I can only remember seeing it on ebay once in the last 4-5 years.

Don't think I've ever actually seen one of those before ... it's a work of art in some ways ... no wonder Tamiya switched to wirewound & simpler 3 step types ....

I see it's gone now, according to ebay:

... shouldn't that really say

This item is no longer available as the seller has made a deal that bypasses our usurious Final Value and Paypal fees

He he, It's gone because the seller is a TC member, and he made a deal with another TC member.
This happens all the time.
