I'm just gonna randomly say stuff 'cause I'm kinda rusty on my TA05 knowledge.
But maybe you just can't use a pinion that small with that spur?
Different ratios need to be sought in the 0.4 module gearing - like the 105T you mentioned...
What's the gear ratio supposed to be according to the motor specs?
In the manual they only go as low as 21T with a 70T spur, which comes to 7,50:1.

8:1 onroad
10,4:1 offroad

Is it a problem for the car to use a smaller pinion? Car is driving with current setup. I've seen huge gear ratio tables for ta05 'cause of stepless motorsetup and multiple maingears. Also you can change the pulley gear front/rear and add extra gear for drifting, etc...

Edit: Edou, maybe you're right. Maybe i can use the 70T main gear only with 21-25T Pinion gear. The main gear is very loud at very low speed. I think, i have to get a 04 Modul to get the 8-9:1 ratio. I think, the 8:1 is only for really plane street. As you can see on the photos, i have many different types of tires to use to. I have to get a ratio table and a good dealer to get the correct pinion/main gear. The list at the link is only for drifter with different belt-system.

:P
For your adaptors, no matters. Your car will just be 2mm larger. More stability.

Yeah, you got a lot of gearing options on a TA05 with all the different components and modules...
I don't think the way you're running it now is that much of an issue but it sounds like your gears may wear quicker than normal.

I'm still wondering about my LRP 12x2T v10 Spec5.
Have a look at the brushes:

Is this groove normal?

Is this groove normal?

I would say no even though it has a freakish regularity to it.

The brand new brush dampening reduces the brush wear to a minimum, while the running smoothness
is unequalled.

Could you show a close up of the other side of the rotor?

Have a look here:

Maybe it's the kind of brush, why there is a groove.
