Should be getting a couple of nice Turnigy straps along with it. :)

I didn't know Turnigy before I bought a set of wheeles adaptors for a clod buster in a lot of spares. Is it a good quality mark?

I think it's a very decent brand, especially having a good rep with lipos and accessories. :)

Hmm... minor miscalculation on the length of the battery straps. :S
Apparently 20cm, like is used for small helicopter lipos, would have been long enough after all.

So I clicked on a couple of generic (shorter) ones on the rebound. Those were $0.29 each, shipping inluded.

Content with the fact I have a nice size length of unmarked heat shrink now.

I'll be curious to see if the Turnigy straps are really of a better quality than the generic ones I ordered...

Rather than going for tennis racket anti slip tape for stabilising the battery, I went for some outdoor stuff which would be designed to repel moisture and dirt rather than to attract it.

If you want I have sticking velcro. Very efficient.

:) Got a whole bunch of that a while back (more than I planned on 'cause my brother was less interested than I thought).

Extra wide (50mm). I could return the favour if you like! :silly:

That's the sandpapery stuff that they put on steps etc isn't it? Won't is just wear away your battery?
