Haven't really seen it before (haven't gotten into on road enough) but I reckon it's too widen the stance of your TA01.
Slightly longer up to Hummer width? Thinking of the necessary dogbones...

Or same width but with longer arms and (shorter) TA02 knuckles?

Sorry Edou,
The 53121 is only the front suspension set of the TA02 for the TA01. I didn't understand when I bought it on the bay. It wasn't expensive. :huh: . I never saw it before but it is interesting to rebuild a TA :P

I think I'll mount it on my Lancia delta. Just for fun because it has never see an Accu stick. and with the animal guard it would sound good. ;)

Substantially is a TA02 front set up for TA01 cars. But as always Tamiya does things just in half so no ball bearings, no turnbuckles and no UJ shafts. Doh!

My new baby comed yesterday :silly:
Some new pieces, full ball bearings, hard steel propeller shaft, new tires, 2 nos rims and a body in good condition. Picts soon ;)

Is the Manta ray the first TA01? And how many hop up exist?
