Had a chance to do the (stinky) soldering, + heatshrinking joints & installed the battery box, MSC & servo so it's now pretty much finished ... I'm quite impressed that for a kit that's obviously been stored long term & gone through multiple owners was almost complete - just one indicator lens & two M3 nuts were missing.

The high MSC postition does leave a lot of room for a 4x AA battery pod & large period RX, but does take up a lot of the space available under the body ... in fact I had to Dremel off the engine cover internal hinges to get the body on as they were fouling on the MSC The blue tinted window is probably a Good Thing
