Er, like what you usually find lurking about around weetabix or cornflakes! Most crappy card will do the job, watch corrugated though as it tends to be a bit too coarse.

I'm not sure what it is in T-cut, there's more to it than just the abrasive - whatever chemical is in there actually goes for some model enamel paints, & it's an excellent metal polish!

The stuff I use isn't very chemically active. It rinses off nicely too.
Is that T-Cut stickier and the reason for using the card paper?

T-cut rinses off easily with soapy water. Its official use is for restoring automotive body paintwork that has dulled with time.
No, the card/paper is for final polishing - the fibres act as a gentle fine abrasive

Sounds like the polish has the same purpose after all. Good for removing orange peel paint finish too...
Thanks for the tip on the card/paper. Gonna try that. :y:

A rare occurrence - a car that I will not fiddle around with anymore!
Before it gets adopted, I thought I'd try to do a nice photoshoot :

Haha, I bet it would give all the rabbits I saw in the dunes a run for their money.
I like the third one best as well. Got some nice evening sun on it. :)
Made some more pics but it might have been a good idea to water the plants there the day before...
