Hi guys,

I'm looking for a spring set for the CVA shocks that come with the Manta Ray.
Doesn't have to be an original part. If it fits then it will do the job.
Same goes for a couple of oil seals.

For all clarity - I only need two of each. ;)

Trying to make the best of some vintage CVAs. :cheer:

(Without looking) which seals do you need? - O-rings can easily be had from engineering suppliers. RS, Ebay or model shops if you know what size they are (You need accurate OD, ID & cross/section (Thickness)). Same goes for springs. If you haven't already got some, invest in a set of digital vernier calipers - Once you have some you'll wonder how you ever managed without!

Such a caliper is definitely on the wishlist...
Don't know how I managed without it so far.

O-rings (3mm btw) I have a few of. Missing some flexible rubber seals for the top of the shocks though...
But it looks like Louisbaby's got all the spares I could ever need. ;) :cheer:

Thanks for your input. :)

i guess Edou means the seals that come in under the topcap not the o-rings.

Sorry I had some Manta dampers that were leftover after replacing them for HiCaps but then I discovered they also fitted perfectly in my King Blackfoot

Yep - those are the ones. Sorry I was a bit lazy here and didn't post any images.

Understandable - they are a very good size (and flexibility) to work with. :)
