The Bigwig chassis is one-off (no other model using the chassis), which are rarely seen from Tamiya. Again it's an evolution from the Hotshot and Boomerang. The suspension is only changed in the details, and is still the double wishbone system both front and rear, also using coil-over shocks in all corners. The main chassis is a bathtub type with an added 'sub-chassis' mounted on top for added strength. The BigWig was re-relese by Tamiya in 2017, and the changes to the chassis are minimal.
