I miss the search option for the database.

Logging on now takes me to the "profile" page instead of the home page

Sounds like something a woman might do.

For some reason, many of the older topics don't give a hit when you try to find them through the search option.

My bad - standard setting is for posts up to a year ago.

logging on also takes me to profile page away from the thread you wanted to post on

Also i dont seem to be sent new post on threads im following via email??

You will only get notification of the first reply after your post. You don't get any more emails even if new replies are done, unless you visit the thread.

Let me know if you still don't get emails, and I will look into it.
