Another few hours trying to make my wheel configurable at will... And other fails. So far only the standard Marui configuration works...Any change in size or slot number is generating some totally unexpected forms not suitable for a wheel...  Maybe I'm overly ambitious on this...

That being said, I already learned a lot of things, I know that relatives dimension compared to parameters does not really work (you have to set any dimension as per a fonction including parameters), and another bonus is that I would be able to model slot wheels very quickly based on the dimensions and number of slot I want.

I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them :-)

Worked on replacing the notoriously fragile uprights on the Super Blackfoot, Funny how the best fix is to use the original Blackfoot uprights Stripped, Cleaned, Assembled and fitted. Steering is still terrible but nothing is broken

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Had a lot of fun with Samurai wheels today... They  are now "WCW" for "Wheel Configurable at Will"

I thought I saw a bloke walking a wallably on a leash yesterday

Turned out to be a beige greyhound with a back leg missing - but from a certain angle, it had exactly the right bounce :D

nb not quite as batshit as it sounds; wild wallabies are a thing here  - theconversation...ngs-148374 & apparently you can even buy them - moonridgefarm.c...wallabies/

I've been staring at the single picture of the new 47486 Tyrrell P34.  At first I thought "meh" because this model has been re-released more than half a dozen times already.  But not really.  The Japan and Monaco GP versions from 2010-2019 are different than the original with polycarbonate bodies, exposed engines, and different rear wings.  This brand new offering appears to actually use the original fully cowled ABS body from 1977 which would make it quite different than the other re-re's.  If so, that moves it from "meh" to "must have".

Lacking any sort of motivation recently, i took on an easy task.
Got some 44-gal barrels last year, to use as obstacles to race around. Decided to add some decals
