I'm always in for some good eighties music. Certainly not everything was of the same excellence.
Era I listen most to is the grunge related stuff (like early nineties). But any really good music transcends time and genre for me...
He's making the same faces. Come to think of it... listening to the lyrics, he seems to have a rather predatory approach towards the situation. |

I don't think there's been much since the late nineties that has stunned me with musical greatness.
Not like when I heard 'Losing My Religion' by R.E.M. for the first time for example. Coldplay (although often quite amusing) got nothing on The Cranberries. Yes, I am well aware that I used to be generation MTV. |

I love all the pop rock from the 70's to todays
(Maybe alone to dislike Michael Jackson) But U2 and ZZ TOP are the best |

Hardly any song was released without me being conscious of it in the 80s.
Watched way too much MTV and my brother used to supply a huge stream of tapes with all that was new (often 12" mixes too). Strange thing about this era is that I can even appreciate some songs I didn't care for at all back then. First record I listened to 'til it went grey was Simon and Garfunkel live in Central Park... These days, the most distinctive music for myself would probably be some of the pieces by Yann Tiersen and Ludovico Einaudi. Shows I am definitely not stuck on any genre. |

Multiple 80s favourites in one clip. The music of course, but also Crockett's Ferraris (even if this one turned out to be a replica) and naturally the TV show itself...
Freeze, Miami Vice.

Freak on a leash, brilliant video.
Anybody been to any concerts (lately)? Been a long time for me... Did see Van Halen, Dire Straits, Bryan Adams (thankful he played his older songs) and RHCP live at some point myself. |

My first and "last" concert was my gift from my wife. U2 at the Stade de France. TOO FUNNNNN
I would like to go to a Dire Straits concert but it's dead now I think. |
