I've finished a Lotus Europa body on the M-08 chassis.
I think PS-22 Racing Green is more looking good than the box art : )

Today I started on fitting lights to my SCX10 Honco.

But what do you do if you want to run lots of lights from your receiver, but has no extra spare channel on your radio??
You build a power distributor of course!
Take as many JST plugs you need (called BEC plugs back in the day) and glue them together.
Make sure to glue all facing the same way.
Then use wire of some sort and crimp them to the terminals. I'm using 0.9mm copper wire here.
Bend each down to the next one and cut off the remaining bits. Solder one row at the time.

Solder servo wire to the metall wires on the distributor block. Make sure you solder the correct positiv negativ to tthe right place. Use a old JST plug for ref.

Lastly coat the end of distrubutor block with plastidip...

Heyok Performance is selling these in his shop and I have only seen them there.
But as shown they are very easy to make yoursel. I had this idea for a long time, Heyok beat me to it. Can also be done with servo connectors if you prefer it that way.

And here is the result of my light project on my Honcho. Will be more later.
Axial big buckets with glass painted on the inside wirh one coat of Tamiya transparent yellow.
The search lights is also Axial ones ment for surface mounting which I made a bracket for. Then fitted yellow glass.
Both uses warm white leds.

I also made the lightt harness with internet cable, one 68ohm resistor for each set of lights and connected the pair in parallel to be connected to receiver power (6v)

Very happy with the result. Still have 4 JST connector outlet left which will be for roof lights, rear lights and rock lights.

Really like that colorr on the Wild Dagger body!

Today I made a Prerunner style light roof rack for the Honcho.
Bent 1mm pianowire around the lights, 2mm alu tube and super glued it together.

Testing..
