Only if you'd want the rims to match. And that complete set was a bargain. As long as they are rims with a couple of 1150 bearings in it, you could go a lot of ways with this... They would have to be small (width/diameter) enough to fit on the axle of course. Some people put the fat Brat tyres on it. But don't expect wonders from this. I've gone for a shortcut to the CRP set up (very cool) with some Super Hornet suspension arms... and oil filled dampers. That gives it some more width and in total a lot more stability. Used a donor car for that. |

these wheels will fit i reckon, if i get the hex adaptors for the rears, they are wider and slightly taller than the standard wheels.
www.ebay.co.uk/...48420be08e i take it these are the correct hex adaptors? www.ebay.co.uk/...1423.l2649 |

30mm wide is only 10mm wider than standard, and my rear wheels are 40mm wide and they fit on, so 30mm should be ok. are they the correct hex adaptors to fit my car and those wheels? thanks |

Not necessarily - if the rims are still okay, you could take off the tyres and fit some new ones.
Might be able to "cook" them so the glue gets brittle and they can be removed easier. If that is any cheaper than the complete set though... I have some rims here that needed glueing but I will recycle them when the rubber has worn. |
